SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy: Please be aware that there are specific shipping restrictions in place. We are unable to deliver to certain addresses, including military installations, select restricted areas, pick-up points, and PO boxes. For more detailed information, we encourage you to get in touch with our dedicated AMBC GEMS Customer Care Department. Additionally, we offer the option of complimentary boutique pick-up at specific locations. To find out more, please consult our Platforms or contact our AMBC GEMS Customer Care team. You will receive notification via email or phone once your product is ready for pick-up at the boutique. In case you order multiple products, we will dispatch the entire order once all items are available, avoiding partial shipments unless we have communicated otherwise.

Delivery:

  1. Our shipping services are available globally and are free of charge, with the exception of specific countries listed in our policy.
  2. We are committed to ensuring timely delivery by the carrier within the estimated delivery timeframe, starting from the date of our written Confirmation of Order & Shipment. In any case, delivery will be completed within thirty (30) days from that date, except for certain products or services that may require additional time due to personalization or customization.
  3. If external events beyond our control cause delays in product delivery, we will promptly notify you and make every effort to minimize the impact of these delays. If we fail to deliver within thirty (30) days from the date of the written Confirmation of Order & Shipment or any other specified timeframe, you have the option to contact our AMBC GEMS Customer Care Department to cancel the relevant order and receive a refund for any pre-paid amounts for undelivered products.
  4. In all circumstances, your primary recourse for any failure on our part to deliver your order will be the right to cancel the order and receive a refund for any pre-paid amounts related to undelivered products.
  5. When estimating the delivery time, please take into consideration factors such as credit approval, address verification, security checks, and order processing. It’s important to note that delivery is contingent upon receiving full payment.
  6. We provide insurance coverage for each purchase during its transit until it reaches your designated delivery address. For your assurance, we require a signature upon delivery, at which point the responsibility for your purchased products transfers to you. If you’ve designated a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (e.g., as a gift), please be aware that their signature serves as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by AMBC GEMS Jewellers, signifying the transfer of responsibility in the same manner. The products become your responsibility once we deliver them to the address you’ve provided.

Returns and Exchanges: Our return and exchange policies are as follows:

  • You have the option to exchange or upgrade the jewelry item you’ve purchased within 30 days, provided you present the original Purchase Invoice and pay any price difference, if applicable.
  • Gold jewelry can be exchanged for either gold or diamond jewelry, while diamond jewelry can be exchanged for other diamond pieces.
  • Please note that damaged, soiled jewelry, customized items, or jewelry without the Original Purchase Invoice may not be accepted for exchange.
  • If you wish to exchange a used jewelry item, we will assess its quality before determining its exchange value. We reserve the right to calculate the exchange value based on evaluation and the prevailing market value, deducting manufacturing costs as necessary.
  • The responsibility for any loss or damage to jewelry or diamonds shifts to the customer upon delivery of the respective item. Ownership of all goods remains with AMBC GEMS Jewellers until we receive full payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safekeeping and insurance of jewelry in their possession.
  • Quality certificates are based on AMBC GEMS Jewellers’ internal quality assessment.
  • These policies apply exclusively to AMBC GEMS products with the Original Invoice or Proof of Purchase, and specific conditions are applicable.

For Gold Jewelry:

  • Gold jewelry can be exchanged for either gold or diamond jewelry, or you can receive a Gift Voucher equal to the invoiced amount of the jewelry item.

For Diamond Jewelry:

  • Diamond jewelry can be exchanged for other diamond jewelry, or you can receive a Gift Voucher equal to the invoiced amount of the jewelry item.

After 30 Days and Within 1 Year of Purchase: For Gold Jewelry:

  • Gold jewelry can be exchanged for either gold or diamond jewelry, or you can receive a Gift Voucher. The exchange value will be calculated based on the prevailing gold price after deducting manufacturing costs and stone weight.

For Diamond Jewelry:

  • Diamond jewelry can be upgraded to new diamond jewelry after accounting for deduction or remodelling costs, provided it does not exceed 25% of the invoiced amount. The value of the new diamond jewelry you select should exceed the amount offered for the old piece.

After 1 Year of Purchase: For Gold Jewelry:

  • Gold jewelry can be exchanged for either gold or diamond jewelry, or you can receive a Gift Voucher. The exchange value will be calculated based on the prevailing gold price, reduced by 1%, after deducting manufacturing costs and stone weight.

For Diamond Jewelry:

  • Diamond jewelry can be upgraded to new diamond jewelry, with its valuation for upgrade determined by the market value of the material content. The value of the new diamond jewelry you choose should exceed the amount offered for the old jewelry.

Important Conditions:

  • Jewelry being exchanged within 30 days must be in its original purchase condition and should show no signs of usage.
  • You may only exchange or upgrade jewelry once within the 30-day period from the original purchase date.
  • Exchange or upgrade of jewelry is allowed only upon presentation of the original AMBC GEMS purchase Invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Verification and valuation of jewelry for exchange, upgrade, or refund may take up to 4 weeks.
  • Gold jewelry can be exchanged for either gold or diamond jewelry, while diamond jewelry can only be upgraded to other diamond jewelry.
  • A refund is applicable within 7 days if a manufacturing defect is evident and cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • Any charges incurred by AMBC GEMS in the transaction, including credit card charges, may be deductible in approved refund cases.
